Open the App: Launch BadHealth on your device. Upon starting, you will be directed to the home screen after responding to a series of lifestyle questions.
Scan Ingredients: Tap the prominent green "Scan" button to activate your camera. Aim the camera at the contents of your fridge or pantry and take a clear photograph of your ingredients.
Automatic Detection: BadHealth will automatically identify and catalog all ingredients present in your fridge.
Review and Customize: Following the scan, you will be brought to a new interface where you can:
- Add or remove ingredients that were detected.
- Specify dietary preferences, such as vegan, gluten-free, or low-carb.
- Include comments (e.g., "I don't like spicy food" or "Use up the chicken first").
Receive Meal Suggestions: When satisfied with your selections, tap the "Get Meal" button. BadHealth will propose a meal idea based on your available ingredients and specified preferences.
Details Provided: The meal suggestion will include:
- A recipe with detailed step-by-step instructions.
- Nutritional information to assist in maintaining your dietary goals.
- Serving suggestions for an enhanced dining experience.
Explore Additional Options: If the meal suggestion does not meet your expectations, you can tap the "Make Me Something Else" button for an alternative meal idea to consider.
